The MP, while refusing to apologise to Air India and demanding one instead, lodged a counter-complaint with police, alleging he was manhandled at the airport. In the morning, Gaekwad told reporters at Maharashtra Sadan in New Delhi that he did not regret his action: “Kaahe ka pashchataap (what is there to repent)? I will not apologise… he (duty manager R Sukumar) should come and apologise… then we will see. A 60-year-old man should also know how to behave,” he said.
