Fishermen are showing off their big catch—then giant carp gets its revenge

The immortal battle of man vs. beast. Since the dawn of humanity, people have been facing off with nature in a quest for food and survival. Sometimes we win. Sometimes we lose. Sometimes we get slapped by a fish.In what is basically the Moby Dick of 2017, a hilarious viral clip shows that our undersea prey don’t always go down without a fight.
Two British men were angling in Krabi, Thailand, when one of them pulled a mighty impressive haul from the lake: a giant carp.
Proud of their catch, they decided to pose for a photo. 



The fish was apparently so heavy that the catcher couldn’t hold it himself, and had his friend hold it up with him.It’s a proud moment, until the carp, presumably not thrilled about being held up by his captors as a trophy, naturally took the opportunity to dish out what they had coming.
