The extraordinary journey of Mahendra Ahirwar, successfully treated for hypotonia

Mahendra Ahirwar, a 12-year-old boy, suffers from a rare muscle-wasting disease called Hypotonia. As a result of this condition, Mahendra was not able to stand or walk or keep his head erect. After a complicated operation conducted by Dr. Krishnan & his team at Apollo Indraprastha Hospitals, New Delhi, Mahendra is now able to see the world right side up.
